“Ordered this watch 29 November. Still haven’t received it. Getting no response from DW as to why (I have 3 unanswered emails from their customer service) , and all they do is point the finger at UPS without even attempting to assist. The worst - now I get these emails asking me to review this product, that I STILL haven’t got a month after ordering it, with no way to know if I will ever get it. Worst customer service experience ever.”
