“I have received the WORST service from DW. I ordered my watch on the 9th of march and I still have not received it. I contacted their support team but I have not received a proper response or tangible help, all I get is AI generated emails that are NOT helpful at all. I am beyond frustrated. So order from DW at your own risk, if anything happens to your order they clearly do not care.”
