“Purchased an IQC less than 2 months ago and the bottom hinge already broke. Cheaply made garbage. Not a satisfied customer at all - this thing cost $230 and broke in under 60 days”
“I've had my IQC for a little over a year when I had the oven door break. Customer support was excellent. They sent me the RMA after I sent a picture of the break. When my IQC was returned the door was fixed. The IQC itself is great - the temperature control, the pods to keep the oven clean and provide extra options, and the portability are all great. However, no product will last forever and Davinci stands behind their products which is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Davinci again.”

La boutique dans laquelle je l'ai acheter me l'avais changer sous garantie mais la boutique n'tait pas d'accord de me l'changer.
J'ai reu le nouveau vaporisateur et il ne fonctionne plus au bout de 1mois.
Sachant qu'il est en ore garantie comment faire pour avoir un vaporisateur qui fonctionne ?
Je ne suis pas satisfait de la qualit et du SAV.
