Love the smart plug, The only thing I have not quite figured out is I have the smart plug scheduled to turn on 30 minutes before sunset and it comes on at sunset instead of 30 minutes before.

We are so happy you are enjoying the Smart Plug. For the sunset, go to automations and let's make sure 30 minutes before wasn't selected for the Smart Plug. It's one of the first options when configuring it. If it's at 0 minutes before, let's also check the timezone. For additional assistance, feel free to reach out to our Support Staff!

Bought one. Hooked it up. Worked fine th first time then stopped. Factory reset and did same thing. Returned and Deako sent another. Same thing. Returned second one and went with a different brand. Just doesn’t stay connected which is the point of it.

Sorry you’re having a horrible experience with us. Please give our Support Team a call at 1-844-673-3256 if you haven't already. It is incredibly rare that three units are sent that don't work, so we want to make sure the Smart Plug has been added to the app correctly. Additionally, we see where many times the plugs that may come with the home aren't from Deako, so that causes confusion. Looks like we have sent a few replacements at no charge so again, please give us a call so we can get them working. Kind regards, Team Deako

Please reach out to 1-844-673-3256 so we can assist. The Smart Plug does need to have a Smart Switch also installed to help with some of the issues that can happen.
