“Ordered 2. 1 works fine, and the 2nd smart plug seems to only work intermittently, if at all. Also, due to some conflicts with Safe Havens panel, neither of the smart plugs even show up. I am told that Safe Haven is working on a fix and the issues with the 2 smart plugs not even showing up on the panel should be fixed. I will be contacting Deako about the 'faulty' smart plug.”

Cons: they don’t stay connected to the WIFI, I have the app on my phone and I use the APP for various smart light switches but the smart plugs don’t always work. I tried to delete a schedule and redo the schedule again and it didn’t allow me giving me an error. I also have a cheap wifi plug I bought from Lowe’s that works a lot better than these smart plugs. Would I buy these again? No, not likely and not at the cost for the problems I have with them.”
