“Bought one. Hooked it up. Worked fine th first time then stopped. Factory reset and did same thing. Returned and Deako sent another. Same thing. Returned second one and went with a different brand. Just doesn’t stay connected which is the point of it.”

Please give our Support Team a call at 1-844-673-3256 if you haven't already. It is incredibly rare that three units are sent that don't work, so we want to make sure the Smart Plug has been added to the app correctly. Additionally, we see where many times the plugs that may come with the home aren't from Deako, so that causes confusion. Looks like we have sent a few replacements at no charge so again, please give us a call so we can get them working.
