“I bought these switches because my new house already has regular ones installed, but honestly, they seem quite expensive to me. I made the purchase using a 'buy 3 and pay only 2' promotion, and it took over a week for them to arrive. Now, I tried to buy another set of 3 switches, and even though the promotion was still available, they didn't allow me to make the purchase with that promotion because I had already made a previous purchase. Now, there's a discount for the 4th of July, but if I buy just one switch, they will charge me for shipping. I would gladly pay it if I knew it wouldn't be delayed for more than a week like last time. Another thing is that if you connect a smart switch to a 3-way switch and don't change the other regular switch (non-smart), then the regular switch becomes useless, only decorative on the wall.”
“This system was installed at time of building. It has never worked. They had us buy the connect thing but it never worked. So I called them and they sent a smart switch. It doesn’t work either. I go to put in a ticket for help (the problem might be me) but it wants me to sign in. When I initially signed in I used my Apple ID. When they ask me to sign in to put in a ticket for help it offers Facebook google or Twitter to sign in. I’m sure they will figure this stuff out in the future but sitting over here with a house full of very expensive tech that I have never been able to use.”
