“I love any device that makes my life easier and that is what this switch does. I can program my porch light for dusk till dawn and link my Amazon Alexa to my table light and entry light to allow for easy on and off when it's dark in the early morning or someone forgets to turn it off and you are upstairs.”
“They work fine, especially alexa integration is nice. However, the price is rediculous. Similar smart switch one can get is just $20. I understand the ease of replacement, but that should not make it 4 times high.”

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry that we weren't able to respond as quickly as usual over the holiday break. I talked with my colleagues and it looks like they did some troubleshooting with you and sent some replacement Smart Switches, as well as those Motion Sensors that weren't included in the original shipment!
