“I have a shortage in the light system that was installed and Deako only sent me a part that has nothing to do with the problem. I need the switch system to be re-installed properly. Do not reccommend this company to anyone because they don't appear to know what their doing. Very dissatisfied.”

A replacement switch was sent to you based on the notes from your homebuilder requesting only a switch be sent to your address. Many times, if there's flickering like that, the replacement switch resolves the issue. If that isn't the case, feel free to reach back out either to us, or your warranty team if further work is needed to be completed.
“We bought this brand new house in July. I've already had to replace 4 of these switches and have 2 more that are starting to fail. Ultimately I'm sure I will end up replacing all of the switches in the house with something other than Deako before long.”

“Hey guys, so our building was constructed by DR. Horton first of all and my house was one of those that has the basic rocker switches. Some how 3 switches have already gone out and I really needed replacements and Deako came in with a swiftness to help fix that problem! The ease of plug and play is what makes it so efficient”

“We purchased a new home with Dealko light switches throughout, we had one smart switch and the rest normal “dumb” switches.
Within the past 10 months we’ve replaced at least 8 of these switches. The issues have been consistent; use them (simply flip on/off) and the do not consistently work to turn the lights on. They either flicker or just done turn on at all.
I’ve contact customer support each time and, thankfully, gotten replacements shipped for no charge. The hey have great customer service but it’s a standard (not smart light switches), how hard is it to make them reliable?
A the cost they charge, which is a big premium, they should work for many many years not a few months.”
