Hey guys, so our building was constructed by DR. Horton first of all and my house was one of those that has the basic rocker switches. Some how 3 switches have already gone out and I really needed replacements and Deako came in with a swiftness to help fix that problem! The ease of plug and play is what makes it so efficient

We purchased a new home with Dealko light switches throughout, we had one smart switch and the rest normal “dumb” switches. Within the past 10 months we’ve replaced at least 8 of these switches. The issues have been consistent; use them (simply flip on/off) and the do not consistently work to turn the lights on. They either flicker or just done turn on at all. I’ve contact customer support each time and, thankfully, gotten replacements shipped for no charge. The hey have great customer service but it’s a standard (not smart light switches), how hard is it to make them reliable? A the cost they charge, which is a big premium, they should work for many many years not a few months.

This was mis-addressed and could not be delivered by UPS. It was returned to Deako.
