“This was a beautiful Ravenscroft crystal decanter. It was heavy and well made, and the laser etching was beautifully done. The shop was very responsive and quick, and the decanter was shipped within a day of me approving the proof. All of the interactions were very professional, and I will absolutely do business with this company again.”

“They are so helpful and these come out BEAUTIFUL. Amazing work and amazing service. I was sent an example of what I asked for to be sure it was right and that I liked how it looked and when it came it was even better than expected. You can get some custom decanters cheaper elsewhere on etsy (which I almost did) but I'm so glad I didn't! It's worth the extra money for these if you want a nice set. My husband LOVES them. Thank you guys!”
