“We have a complex and detailed logo for our organization. I was cautiously optimistic when I uploaded the logo to get the proof. But they far exceeded my expectations when I received the proof, and I was more impressed when the decanter and the glasses arrived. Great detail on the logo and beautiful glassware. Thank you.”

“We love our custom engraved bourbon glasses! The customer service was top-notch! From the beginning of the design process, the customer service was outstanding. DE was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and shipping was extremely quick. One glass did arrive broken, but a quick email and Gabe was quick to resolve the issue. He immediately printed a replacement glass and shipped it to us FAST! I definitely recommend this company, and will certainly look to create more glasses with Decanter Engraving. GREAT EXPERIENCE and EXCELLENT looking crystal glasses.”
