“We love our custom engraved bourbon glasses! The customer service was top-notch! From the beginning of the design process, the customer service was outstanding. DE was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and shipping was extremely quick. One glass did arrive broken, but a quick email and Gabe was quick to resolve the issue. He immediately printed a replacement glass and shipped it to us FAST! I definitely recommend this company, and will certainly look to create more glasses with Decanter Engraving.
