“I received someone else's order. After receiving instructions to either keep it or throw it away, I paid out of my own pocket $45+ to send it to the right person. I assume that he will now have two orders. The product was too nice to just throw away and Gabe from DE has been very nice about it. How should I rate my experience? Well, I am still waiting for my order and I am out an extra $45 - you tell me.”

“Beautiful engraved whiskey decanter and glasses. The order process was easy and I received a pre-purchase proof for review before placing the order. Shipping was fast but unfortunately the decanter inside the package arrived broken. After contacting customer support, they were able to issue and ship a replacement decanter within 1 day.”

“Great customer service, quick to respond and worked with me to make sure the get the artwork for the engraving just right. The decanter I was looking for was on back order but they were able to process and ship it within 1 day getting it back in stock.”

“Great products and cstomer service! Ordered a beautiful custom engraved decanter set for our son's graduation with his name and a university seal. Unfortunately one of the glasses from the set arrived broken, but Gabe from the company worked with us to expedite having a replacement glass sent out and arrive in time to be presented.”

“I received the digital proof within minutes after submitting the artwork and order form for a custom engraved logo. The decanter was shipped within a day of my final approval but unfortunately arrived damaged during shipment. Gabe was able to expedite issuing a replacement item and made sure it would arrive in pristine condition.”

“I love my personalized Bishop decanter. It looks and feels like well made crystal decanter and out logo came out better than expected. Unfortunately the decanter damaged during shipment but after reporting the damage, the company was able to send out a replacement decanter within one business day. Great communication and customer service.”

“We have a rather intricate and detailed logo and it turned out looking great engraved on the decanter great! The decanter is good looking and functional. Ours was damaged in shipping but after contacting their customer support and reporting the issue, a replacement decanter was shipped the next day. Outstanding customer service!”

“Placed a last minute order for an engraved decanter set as a retirement gift for a colleague. The company was able to expedite my order and ship the decant the same day with overnight shipping. Unfortunately FedEx dropped the ball as the package got delayed during transit and arrived a day late. The decanter set however turned out beautiful and the recipients was very impressed with it. After reaching out to customer service, the company was able to issue a partial refund for fee for the difference between the overnight and ground shipping cost. Despite the delayed shipment, overall I am very happy with the product and the level of support received. Highly recommend!”

“The ordering process was simple, the artwork proofs were provided within a few hours, and the end result was a beautiful personalized decanter that we were proud to gift to a retiring coworker. Unfortunately, the first decanter arrived damaged in shipment however the company was able to expedite and ship a replacemnt within one day so that we would have it in hand just in time for the ceremony. Will definitely order again!”

“Responsice and helpful customer service. Our original order got lost by UPS. After reposting the lost shipment and coordinating with customer support, they have duplicated the and re-shipped the order within one business day. The decanter is stunning and the engraving came out eaxactly as shown on the digitla proof. Will be ordering from them again!”
