“Customer service very friendly and professional. Quality of product and crystal very good. But...the only complaint that I personally have is related to the package. It is a common low cost box with cheap and not good looking cartoon. Package for an expensive gift is very important as it has the first impact to the person who is receiving and opening the present. In my opinion decanter has to be inserted in a well fitted sponge box (or suitcase) with proper wrappings not to be ruined during the pull out. Of course this means higher cost on the product and gift itself, but I think for a real present it worths it. Again I have to emphasize that I am satisfied with overall quality of product, but the package has to be improved.”

“These guys are exceptionally quick and responsive. Customer support did an amazing job converting an old logo into a crisp clean artwork for the engraving. The decanters are high quality crystal and the engraving came out looking exactly as ordered. Will definitely be using them again!”

“The decanter is beautiful!! Quality of the product and the engraving are spot on. The only issue was that my original order was not processed quickly and it took a phone call to get it in process. After the phone call, all was great. The order was processed and received on time.”

“Beautiful engraved whiskey decanter and glasses. The order process was easy and I received a pre-purchase proof for review before placing the order. Shipping was fast but unfortunately the decanter inside the package arrived broken. After contacting customer support, they were able to issue and ship a replacement decanter within 1 day.”
