“Products are cool and all, but nobody answered my email regarding the air bubbles in one of my decanters. Customer service was very quick to get my order previewed onto some images and very adamant about sending me reminder e-mails to purchase it but nobody's reached out regarding the bubbles in the glass. I emailed the email associated with the damage card that was included in the package”

“My brothers and I got this for our brother for his birthday, with a custom engraving. The decanter is beautiful and the quality of the piece is excellent. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to stay away from the cheaper decanters that often chip easily and are not of such fine craftsmanship.”
