“Ordered my decanter, asked to make some changes after seeing the first preview, there was some back-and-forth and then the decanter was engraved and shipped. Whole thing between initial order and day of arrival took about four business days (order placed on Thursday, decanter shipped on Friday, arrived on Tuesday). Overall, very easy process that left me with no complaints.”
