“When this was 1st offered I talked myself out of purchasing due to the price. I had recently lost In a fire a fabulous pair that I displayed vintage cloches & antique transferware on & they were double this size. I finally gave in & ordered one. While nothing can replace the fabulous pair I had before this one is pretty cute. Now that it’s offered again I quickly ordered as I wanted a pair again. I’m happy with them & will enjoy them for the few things I’ve bought since our fire. Starting over at age 70 is not an easy task. We don’t have a lifetime ahead of us. So smaller will do because we have so few items to display & enjoy. A collection of Foo dogs & wonderful old books will be the best we can do. You won’t be sorry - these are cute & can even be broken down & used as separate risers if you’re like me & like to switch things up. I prefer mine without the top piece but use it is great as a cloche on a riser. A little imagination goes a long way. You won’t be disappointed in this versatile piece.”
