“When I opened the boxe the product had broken welds. It would not be able to hold bird seed. I contacted customer service with a question on how to return--only to have answer questions and take pictures. This was a hassle--but I completed the questions and took pictures.
I have not heard back. I have bought the product before. This has been a case of poor product and customer service!”
