“I have to label the tray as poor because it was cracked along the side. I love to order from Decor steals but usually all the wooden products are defective in some way. It mostly has small cracks and breaks, so it's more of a problem to send things back than to keep and fix myself. I probably will not order anything else from Decor Steals if it is made from wood.”

“My tray, unfortunately came damaged and missing the top dowel. But had it not, it would have been lovely. It's very large- the base needs at least 16" wide in diameter and if on a counter or table would look appropriate on a 24" deep.
I notified DS, sent photos showing the damage snd they promptly offered a refund or replacement. Since I had purchased as a gift, I ended up getting the refund.
This item however has tiers that are big enough to house anything from small plants to sundries, to snack at holidays.”
