“They came broken and for the first time they wouldn't deliver it to our home I had to go to the UPS store to pick up the package even though clearly it states our very urban deliverable address and we get things delivered all the time even from Decor Steals so that should have been my first red flg. I tried to submit a picture of the broken items and a claim ( several times) and the website just kept loading and reloading. So I would not recommend nor the follow - up customer service. If this were the first time it would be one thing it's not.”
