“I thought I'd love this, but it is not well-made. Holes in shelf and frame were not aligned to properly to screw in screws that were provided. Rather than returning it, my husband drilled new holes. The slots on the back (one on each side) were at different heights, so I had to measure and put nails at different heights. Something about it seems crooked. BUT we made it work without sending it back (which the company did offer). Wasn't worth the trouble for me.”

“The “shelf came to me I two pieces with neither screws/pegs nor directions. When I contacted customer service they said they would give me half off on the purchase. I said that was fine but couldn’t they just send the pegs to put the shelf together? I got a very short email back to buy some locally. The shelf in my opinion was not worth the $30 particularly without the hardware to put it together. Very poor customer service and a shabby piece of merchandise.”
