“The mirror itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the mirror silvering and when I contacted customer service they were willing to take it back and provided return shipping but they could not replace it. They did offer me a discount so I kept it hoping that no one will notice. But if you are lucky enough to get one before they sell out you will be happy.”
