“I like the design, but the table I received appears to have been damaged and returned to you prior to its being shipped to me. One vertical side is not straight (using a level, it’s a bubble out of alignment) and one corner of the wooden top has a chip (I realize this is a rustic piece). The packaging was messy and very poorly done…not by professionals, apparently. Therefore, I’m sadly disappointed in this purchase. Assembly was incomplete because screws and screw holes do not align and cannot be mated. Three of the small of preset-by-fabricators screws fell out when removed from the box (appear to have been stripped during assembly.”

The customer service team is amazing! They reached out after my review, which I was not expecting. I'm highly impressed by how quickly they helped me and their professionalism.
It's very cute but some of the metal has scratches on it (was within intact bubble wrap so damage was there prior to shipping). Some of the edges of drawers had chipped wood. Worst part was that I couldn't get the screw in on one of the legs. The drilled holes that should match up on two parts are misaligned and I tried adjusting and reversing the legs to see if there was a slightly better fit. The screw itself won't even go in without the misaligned part added to the mix. I expected a little better quality for the price but it's still nice.”

“I am enjoying this table, I put it in my entryway. Right now it is decorated for the holidays. The drawers all work nicely and move smoothly. I did have some problems putting it together as the instructions were just two pictures, no real step-by-step. I think it is a great buy and very versatile for many uses in the home.”
