“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered these. Would they be see-through? Splinters? How rustic are we talking? But I’m SO glad I took the plunge and chose to buy them! They are HUGE. I bought them for extra storage, and they provided that perfectly. You can’t see the items inside of them when they are closed. They stack very nicely and are super sturdy. They are not so rustic that they’ll cause splinters. Plus, they’re very pretty. My children are special needs, and I was able to hide some of their special equipment in the trunks instead of having it all sitting openly around the front door. It looks so much cleaner now! They are well worth the price, and I do highly recommend them!”
“The trunks are a great price. The wood is very rough. My biggest issue and reason for the 3 stars is that the product is made in China and I am really trying to buy from US. That is my part as I did not research where these were made.”
