“Shelf itself is gorgeous! When it arrived it looked like it had big splatters of mud and rust across the shelf and on some of the scroll work. I emailed the company and told them and they refunded me partial payment and I kept the shelf. I was able to get some of the "dirt" off of it, but the rest just adds to the rustic look of the shelf. Overall great experience and this is my favorite website to shop from! Now if we could just make them into physical stores that we could shop at, the world would be perfect!”
