“I received my order damaged and reached out to customer service. The very quickly responded and offered me to keep it at 50%. I preferred a new one so they graciously sent me a new one and told me to keep the one i had. I then revived the new one in perfect condition. It’s adorable and I love it and I thank them for taking care of the issue so quickly and professionally.”
