“Everything was carefully wrapped and they were shipped within a few days. The wood is a soft wood and there were a few dents and chips ~ so they are a bit rustic in case that's important to you. I did take off a star because one of the black hooks was not attached straight. It was visibly off to one side but luckily my husband was able to fix that. All in all, I am happy with them and would purchase them again.”
