“The item arrived quickly and is exactly what I was expecting, based on pictures and other reviews. But it did have several scratches on one of the “scales” and a couple of paint chips. I asked for that one scale to be replaced (vs entire item), they weren’t able to do that but did offer a 50% refund. I accepted that and within minutes it was refunded to my pay pal acct. Great customer service! I will continue to buy from them. I touched up the scratches with some paint and with something setting on the scale, I don’t even notice them now. I love the scale! Would def recommend!”
