“I bought three of them 2 years ago, one for each of my sons with kids. Now I need 2 more for my daughters. Each year I put a scripture verse in each day for the grandchildren to memorize, and a build-a-nativity so they remember the one reason for the season. I also put gifts for each day as well. Some are $1 gifts and some are a little more. Overall, I save money on the grandchildren's gifts and they get to open 24 gifts from Nana and Papa. It's a new tradition I started and they love it. (If the gift doesn't fit in the drawer, which is most of them, then I give the parents a box of gifts labeled with the number that corresponds to the day.) We live on a farm and have a barn that looks like this, so it's perfect!”
