“The lanterns are beautiful. However, the glass in the large lantern was broken. I was offered a 50% credit instead of replacement or refund. I also just opened another purchase that arrived in a hundred pieces. Packaging seems to be an issue with this company.”

“The large one arrived damaged- the metal piece at the top was broken off. After some back and forth, I was given 35% off and asked to keep the item. They are ok, but not sure they are worth the price I paid.”

“I was so excited to finally receive my huge beautiful lanterns!! However my excitement was instantly gone when upon unpacking them I discovered that they were damaged and the smaller one’s top finial is completely broken off and was just placed inside the box instead of choosing a lantern set that was not damaged or broken to ship to me. So disappointed and saddened as I waited for these anxiously since I’m moving the 31st and nowhere to go yet. I usually love my Decor Steals but this one is just heartbreaking as it’s so beautiful and a gift from my son. If it wasn’t broken I’d have given it 10 stars and I wish I could get the smaller one replaced.”
