“This is the second item I've ordered from Decor Steals, I was very excited because I've liked a lot of their products I've seen! There were no instructions on how to put the sconces together (I ordered two) so I had to email customer service, they emailed me back within 24 hours a video that answered my question. The items came well packaged however each lamp shade had a small dent in it, to me not worth returning because I really do like the product. They are beautiful and not common which I love! The only reason I gave them a 4 star versus 5 is because I think the shades could come further back to the wall and one of the railings are not straight, Its bent some.”
