“When this set of crocks arrived on my doorstep, I could tell when I picked the package up that the content was broken. The largest crock did not survive shipping. Fortunately the smaller two were OK, which actually the two that I wanted to use on a small counter in the kitchen. When I contacted customer service they offered me a credit on the purchase since this item was no longer available which was acceptable.”
“The containers were all broken when they were delivered and you have credited me for them. The packing department needs to take classes on how to pack breakable things. Not to impressed. Sorry :(”
