“Unhappy, again. Would give Zero stars if possible. Top & bottom finials (not iron) arrived damaged (shipping not the cause). Iron hooks fine, no way to use or remove damaged finials, trash... DS offered a credit of $8!? I've shopped with DS, 12 years now, this year, I've received damaged products repeatedly. Where's your product control? Please, stop sending out damaged items.
It would be a great functional item, if not damaged.”
