“Love my mug rack! My only reason for giving 4 stars is because my husband did have to cut down and file all the stems (I left the top row alone) in order for my RD mugs to fit on it. I will most likely purchase another in the near future as my mug collection grows.”
“I received my metal rack quickly. It is the perfect size. However I didn’t read where it said distressed appearance. When I unboxed I was concerned with what I perceived the quality of the product to be. Turns out it’s considered distressed. I am keeping the product after hearing back from customer service very quickly. I am however giving the rack spot sanding and spray painting it to cover the distressing. Quality is great.”
