“I am giving this purchase 4 stars even though my clock arrived damaged with parts missing. Damage is always a risk when an item is shipped and I understand that. I filed my claim with Decor Steals Customer Service and they acted promptly and we worked out a great deal.
The clock is beautiful, although it is made with particle board which makes it able to be sold for cheap and makes it light weight. I would follow the advice of others and put some weights of some sort inside so it doesn't fall over esp. if you have children and pets.”
