“Where do I start? We ordered 3 items from here and when we got the email they were delivered I could not wait to get home. There was no package and eventually when I looked at my order Devore Steals had sent it to a completely wron address. Not even the street was right. We reported to Decore Steals but no reply so we tried to call no answer and 3 messages were left with no call back. Finally a week later we got an email asking if that wrong address was the correct address. I was stunned that after writing several emails and leaving several messages with the right address and also pointing them to my membership which has the correct address they still got it wrong. This was done with 3 items.”
