“I originally ordered 2 sconces for each side of a bed. One sconce was extremely bent and crooked and did not look right when hung on wall. Customer Service sent me a replacement sconce that was no better: the base of the light bulb was mounted at an angle and was not centered in the sconce. When the bulb was installed, the bulb hung at an awkward angle and almost touched the edge of the sconce. Customer Service refused to send me another replacement because "2 sconces have been less than perfect for you"!, but they agreed to refund the 2nd sconce in full. So I paid $50 for one sconce, and still need a second sconce for the other side of the bed.
All of the sconces were packed extremely well and arrived with no damage to the boxes, indicating they were defective or bent before they shipped.”

“I saw a picture of this item, went to buy it, but it was out of stock. I asked to be notified when it came back - but I was never notified. I saw that it was available again completely by chance. Excited to see that it was available, I purchased it. I received the item, went to hang it and discovered to two hang hooks on the back were not in alignment. Had I hung the sconce the way the hooks were placed, it would have been very crooked. So, I had to hang my nails crooked match the alignment of the hooks. The overall quality of the item is just OK. The lightbulb has a little coil of string lights inside. It's not a true lightbulb because it's battery operated. It does not give off the best light. This item is for decorative purposes only. Do not buy it thinking it is a source flight for your room. It's cute but not functional. I would have given a higher rating had I been notified when the item was available again, had the hooks been straight and level, and had the lighting itself been better designed.”
