“I was hesitant about ordering these sconces because I didn't want to have to wire them. Once I researched and found battery operated light bulbs that I could use, I had to get the sconces. They are beautiful.”
“I ordered a pair of Architectural Railing Sconces and one of them came with some faulty hardware and looked wonky (the metal was bowed) against our wall. I contacted the company on a weekend, received an automated email and was a little freaked out that I wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone about my issue so I jumped the gun and wrote a poor review. I heard back from customer service on Monday morning and I am happy to share that I was sent a new sconce, free of charge, that looked better than the first one I received. Both sconces are now installed on either side of a window in my kitchen and I am very happy with them. I read a review that mentioned using USB Rechargeable LED Puck Lights which I will do since I am not using the electrical cords. I had a positive experience and would order from the company again since they stand behind their products.”
“Very easy to assemble. I used the plug to convert to plug in just for the convenience of not needing an electrician and cutting into walls. I did paint it gold only because the original brown tone just blended into my wall. But it still has a bit of the interesting texture for a hint of vintage feel.”
