“I would rate these panels higher, as there is nothing wrong with them, but since I of course had to also purchase the pillars (last year), there are a couple disappointments. The first and strongest disappointment is that one of the solar lights on one of the pillars has ceased to function! So NONE of the interchange-a-glow series looks fantastic, because only one pillar works! I'm wondering if Decor Steals can somehow take care of that for me? I have purchased I think four interchangeable sets, so I have invested a fair bit of money in this. My second disappointment would be that the stars were the only choice for the summer so far. Something floral or something would be nice to choose. Again, the panels have never been a problem, but the solar light is rather unreliable.”
