“Not crazy about that soft gel, and the taste is meh. The dose is entirely too little. They should be at least 25-30mg. 50 mg would be best - where most companies are moving towards the 50mg. I would not have purchased these for the original price of $29.99. I bought them on sale for $9.99. For me all I got was two doses and it took two doses because It only lasts up to 3 hours, another drawback so I had to redose.
