Customer service is always something to appreciate these days and I do appreciate the quick response. Secondly the product well if you like the Mai tai you’ll love the tahoe not as earthy though but still pleasant to puff. Thirdly I am a regular herb consumer and these thcp pens work just as well just take an extra puff and give it a minute. Definitely will be back as always.”

“This is a awesome product....great taste and effects...kinda tastes like the mystery flavor fruit snack.....HOWEVER....I until I see a statement on their website saying that the shipping department has been addressed I will not be purchasing from this site. How can you sell something that you do not have in stock? As a customer I understand all about having troubles getting materials to make said product....the shelves at my grocery store are about 40% bare...That is no excuse to selling stuff you do not have in stock. If I knew something was out of stock I would simply order something else that is in stock so I can get my order in the mail as fast as possible...not waiting 2 weeks for my order to ship...3 out of my past 4 orders I was sold something that was not in stock...that is bs...As a customer I want more shipping options....I want my order to ship the same day if ordered before a certain time[Binoid does this]”
