“Originally when I ordered, I got the satuva strand and the hybrid strand. Both pens ended up getting delivered and were having major dysfunction out of the box HOWEVER the customer support was really helpful and happily replaced both of the pens for free with a different product that had a similar price. It took about a day for each reply with customer service which was sorta nice compared to other companies I’ve shopped with. I’ll give a 4 star since originally I’d like if there were no problems but they more than happily made up for it with the customer service and free replacement.”

“Honestly can't recommend because of clogging issues. I bought 2 because I thought maybe the first just had random issues with clogging, but no this one that I am reviewing, the second one, was worse to the point where I can't even use it. Might even be the worst actual disposable device I've ever used however it gets an extra star because the oil is good when you can actually use the device, which is for a few minutes after cleaning it”
