They taste fantastic but do leave a little bit of a coating on your tongue and teeth so make sure to have water nearby. Kicks in anywhere from 30-60 min, I would take a half for a buzz or sleep and a full one for fun. A full one is a pretty intense high but I rarely felt panicky, I recommend these to absolutely everyone. The info on this website is also really helpful!”
