“First time trying these ones this past week. I take a half of a gummie a couple hours before bedtime. Seems inconsistency in how I "feel", I feel it like all of a sudden and get myself to bed. I usually sleep 8-10 hours! Another time, I might not feel so sleepy at 9 pm. Last night, I laid in bed for 1 1/2 hrs, then got up, drank cacao milk, and I was staggering a little. I don't know why, that's why I said inconsistancy. I don't feel hung over or have baggy eyes, so there's that.”
