“The product is fine. The issue is the company.
I’ve been ordering from this company for something like 2 years. In the beginning I’d order a product and get the physical item in 5 to 7 days CONSISTENTLY. Well the past few months it takes them about two weeks just to process my order not to mention the several days to a week it takes to actually ship. This has been going on for months now. So even though the product is decent there is no reason to have to wait this long. Especially when half of the month long wait is going to processing. There is no product on this site worth such inflated wait times. Sad to say but you’ve lost a long term customer and most likely the people that I once recommended this company to as well. Try to do better in the future and you might have our business again.”
