“This pigtail is slightly larger than the socket hole in the housing of the front left parking light. Since there were no installation instructions (and I did not call anyone for advice), I tried hammering it into the hole. This caused the parts inside the socket to fall out, and made the new pigtail useless. I should have enlarged the hole in the housing with a file so that it would have fit properly. When the “Guts” of the socket fell out, the wires were not soldered nor crimped onto the contacts in the little white plastic connector, which is why I gave your pigtail only 2 stars. Now all that said, I may be calling you for another pigtail if my repair of my old pigtail doesn’t work.”

“Ordered two of these to rebuild my taillights. Pressed in nicely to the housings fine, but when I bench tested them I was surprised to see one was crossed wired compared to the other (run lamp and stop lamps reversed). The 1157 connector and the SAE connector already had some oxidation too, so they almost appear like NOS ;)”
