“This is a good, near identical replacement for the factory door latch. The caveat is the provided fasteners- the threads are smaller than the factory, near to a 10-32 thread, possibly metric. They are also longer, so if you use them trim about 3/16" off of one and use it in the lower right (facing the latch location in the door). The provided length binds the latch when installed in that location and it will not operate. Alternately, source a 7/32-24 thread tap and carefully tap the bosses to accept the factory screws.
