Haven’t had a center return turn switch since 1982. The truck has been to the lowest and hottest location - Death Vally, farthest north at Prudoh Bay on the Alaskan pipeline road - first owner was the haul road supervisor. Took the Alcan hwy out of Alaska to Skagway then the Ferry to Seattle. Idaho has the road that claims to be the highest you can drive over (Pikes peak is highest but it is up and down on the same road.) extreme temp cold - 63 F, extreme Hot in Death Valley +126F and extended time over +110 and - 20. The OEM signal switch return to center cams broke. That was 1982. This is 2025 Got the truck with 32,000 miles. Has over 300,000 now. Lots of miles with the turn signal just blinking away…Not Anymore!. Getting the pins out of the connector is simple - just remove the red plastic keeper after disconnect. Same wire color coding as OEM Take a picture with your phone pull the bundle out after removing the switch attach screws, slide them back thru thru tunnel, repin, ops check, good to go.
