The center hub area of the replacement steering wheel was slightly shorter than the original. Even when the new wheel was fully seated and bolted to the steering column the metal ring on the backside of the wheel was almost 1/4" away from making contact with the spring contact in the column itself. Without the wheel making this contact the horn would not work. I had to take the metal ring off the the old wheel and add it to the new wheel to make up the gap and create the needed contact. The spring contact is working properly and was not the issue, the wheel hub being shorter was the issue. I verified the differnce by measuring them both. Even though it took a couple hours to figure out and resolve the issue I am happy with the purchase.

I Bought this for my 1977 Ford F150 Ranger XLT. My original one was cracked and the horn pad was warped and did not fit in my wheel anymore.

Haven't put it on yet but it looks like a original factory steering wheel . Im usually a bit wary or reproduction stuff but this is nice . Cost me a lot to get it to New Zealand but I'm pretty pleased with it .
