On my particular vehicle 2 of the 3 holes do not lineup with the factory screw holes at the end of the steering column. The only hole that makes sense to line up and require the lease modification to the steering column itself is the middle of the 3 holes. The hole on top and the hole on the bottom will have to be ovaled in the sterling column to match up with the bearing housing holes. This is going to require either for me to remove the steering column in its entirety or at the very least to remove the brake booster to get to the top hole and some creative solution to oval out the bottom hole.

Had to dremel out the holes into an oval shape because it wouldn't line up.
